She has been involved in developing the safety programs and ensuring compliance with plant and OSHA guidelines. Whether in the office or meeting with clients, her goal is to position IMS to provide whatever need arises for industry in a way that leaves no doubt there is a difference between IMS and its competitors.

Dan brings 25 years of experience in every aspect of construction management. Dan’s leadership is evident in the team he surrounds himself with, and attention to detail he gives to every project. His focus is on understanding the needs of the customer and organizing a solution that will meet, or exceed, their expectations. Dan’s passion is to provide unparalleled levels of service and attention. He is committed to understanding a customer’s entire project - from a large perspective to the finest detail. Butch has a successful career spanning nearly 30 years in the industry, including six years as a maintenance manager in plant. Butch has experience in everything from budgeting aspects to the stress of production deadlines, giving him a unique perspective when discussing facility needs.

Lee brings 25 years of fabrication and jobsite supervision experience. Lee has managed plant maintenance shutdowns as well as projects involving new construction and heavy rigging. His focus is on completing an efficient, organized project on time and on budget. |
